2. Testimonials. We genuinely love to share your successes and growth. By signing up for consultations, programs and courses, you waive the right to anonymity. All testimonials, including unofficial testimonials and statements of achievement via: Instagram stories, Facebook posts, and direct messages with Ms. Niambi Ayanna are subject to be used as marketing materials and/or any promotional efforts.
Please note: You understand that all confidentiality provisions apply! Testimonials are the only exception to our confidentiality obligations.
3. Refund Policy. Sales of all Services are final! Please ensure that you are choosing a suitable date and time that is convenient for your schedule.
- Following the purchase of a consultation, you may request to reschedule your call up to 48 hours before the scheduled Service by contacting msniambi@niambiayanna.com. You can request a new consultation date one time. You can choose a date that is 14 days from the original scheduled date. However, if there are not any available openings, you can keep your original scheduled appointment or forfeit.
4. Payment Terms. Payment for consultations, special offers, and programs will be charged immediately at the time of purchase. The payment services accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are final.
5. No Guarantees. Ms. Niambi Ayanna makes NO GUARANTEES about any success that you will get from our Site, programs, or our free offers. Our priority is to do everything for you to succeed, but we make zero guarantees even though we try our best. You understand that Ms. Niambi Ayanna is providing a roadmap for you to achieve your desired lifestyle goals while learning to understand the meaning of adulting. Your progress is based off of you wanting to elevate and utilize all of the tools presented in consultations, programs, and free offers. At the end of the day, we can only provide guidance and teach what we know to help you navigate entering your 20’s. Also remember, your timeframe for success is limitless. Being patient with yourself will grant you the opportunity to blossom from our services. We want the absolute best for you! However, you have to want just as much for yourself to see any changes.
6. Entire Agreement. These terms and conditions constitute the entire Agreement between you and Ms Niambi Ayanna relating to your use of this Site and supersedes any prior understandings or agreement (oral or written), representations, and claims. This Agreement can only be amended or modified by Ms. Niambi Ayanna.
7. Amendments. Ms. Niambi Ayanna reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions for its website at any time without notice. By using the Site, you are agreeing to be bound to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
